The different functions of the primer<\/h2>\n

The primer as well as having the main function of anchoring well on predetermined support, also acts as an antioxidant.<\/p>\n

For plastic, for example, it only performs the anchoring function, as it prepares the plastic support for painting.<\/p>\n

A metal primer, instead, not only has the anchoring property, but in many cases performs a primary anti-corrosion function by preventing oxidation.<\/p>\n
